How To Prepare
To make sure you look and feel your best, get a good night's sleep (8 hours) before the shoot. Drink lots of water and eat well.
If you want to create a fun, fresh picture, think of something fun and uplifting. If you want to look sexy, think of a sexy situation. You can also think of someone you really admire. It could be an actress, a relative or someone you met for a short period of time but really made an impression on you. Imagine them standing in front of you. You can see them smile and stand up tall and hear their voice. Then imagine stepping into their skin, feeling what they feel, taking on their posture, stance and confidence. You'll be amazed how your confidence and posture improve and you’ll feel more capable than before. It really works! On the day you will work closely with a professional stylist and wardrobe. However, we ask that you bring between 5 and 7 different outfits to contribute towards the day, and for hygiene reasons, please bring different coloured underwear. One of the secrets to being a successful model is versatility, so bringing a range of outfits will enable you to project yourself in the best way possible. Our stylists will put together the outfits and create the looks that you will need to model for the shoot. It is really important to try and make yourself look as natural as possible. So practise, practise, practise - and don't pout! |
