Alex Reid wouldn’t pose nude for a gay magazine because he wanted to protect his privacy, but insists he ”doesn’t mind” men fantasising about him.

The cage-fighter – who is married to glamour model Katie Price – said he enjoyed posing for a gay magazine recently, but stopped short of going fully nude as he wanted to maintain his privacy.
He said: ‘I did the shoot, the only thing is they wanted me to do nude shots. I don’t mind guys fantasising about me or whatever, but I’m not going to put myself out there on a plate. There are some things I need to keep private – like my bits!’
Alex, 34, also said he is keeping in shape for a TV documentary in Los Angeles, which means he has not been able to go out partying but is still enjoying the experience.
He wrote in his column for Britain’s Star magazine: ‘I’m in Los Angles this week, training and filming my martial arts documentary. It’s no holiday though – I was up at 6am this morning to train.
‘I need more sleep to be really energised, but I’m having fun. I’m totally living the dream.’
Despite dealing well with his celebrity status, Alex, 34, admitted he is offended by a nickname he’s acquired.
He added: ‘I’d just like to say that I’m a bit tired of people calling me Mr Potato Head!
‘It’s not nice – just because I go for the ‘just got out of bed look’. I have thick skin, but sometimes it does hurt. I’m only human!’
