Gwyneth Paltrow refuses to diet.

The stunning actress – who used to follow a strict macrobiotic eating plan – says she no longer restricts her food intake and instead makes sure she undergoes regular exercise.
The mother-of-two – who is married to Coldplay rocker Chris Martin – said: ‘I had to work hard to get it like this, but now I’m here it’s so great because I don’t have to think about it. I can just enjoy life. What a relief is that.
‘I can eat what I want, as long as I exercise, which is just as well, because if I put the word ‘diet’ into my brain, I immediately gain a stone.’
Gwyneth, 37, credits celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson with her stunning figure and admits she’s pleased she no longer works with her friend Madonna.
She told Britain’s Vogue magazine: ‘Yeah, it’s good that she doesn’t train Madonna any more. It was too much. She keeps people waiting – it takes up your whole day.’
While Gwyneth tries to eat healthily most of the time, she recently revealed she had developed an obsession with fried chicken after spending time in Nashville to film new movie ‘Love Don’t Let Me Down‘.
She said: ‘Never have I met such warm people, heard such good music, eaten so much fried chicken. I could go on and on.’
Gwyneth was a regular visitor at the local restaurants, and singled out two in particular for their delicious deep fried delights.
She added on her GOOP website: ‘At Sweet’s, the fried chicken is superb. crunchy and not oily on the outside and juicy on the inside. At the Loveless Cafe, their food is delicious, a traditional southern heart attack.’

Madonna admits she would like her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes to dress more conservatively.

Madonna wants her daughter to dress more conservatively.
The ‘4 Minutes‘ singer – who has collaborated with her eldest child, 13-year-old Lourdes, on a new children’s fashion line called Material Girl – admits she isn’t always happy with the teenager’s fashion choices but would never tell her what to wear.
Madonna – who is known for her sexy and controversial outfits – said: ‘If anything, I wish she’d dress more conservatively. How’s that for irony?
‘She is inspired by kids she sees in hip-hop and ballet classes, European influences, bands she listens to. You could say it’s in the DNA – but I could never tell her how to dress! She also comes to my photo and video shoots, pulls outfits together and gives her input to a lot of my fashion designer friends. Whether it’s Marc Jacobs or Stella McCartney, they always ask her what she thinks.’
Despite collaborating with her daughter on the fashion range, the 51-year-old star – who also has sons Rocco, nine, and David, five, and daughter Mercy, five – admits she has left the bulk of the work to Lourdes.
She added to Us Weekly magazine: ‘I did a line for H&M, which I enjoyed, but it was a lot of work. I thought, I don’t want to give up the rest of my career, so I’m not going to do my own line again. But I have a 13-year-old with tireless energy who wanted to do this. I’ve been involved in business meetings, but Lola’s really doing the work. I just sit in the corner on my BlackBerry!’

Madonna is reportedly in talks to launch her own clothing range.
The ‘Material Girl’ singer – who previously designed a line of clothes for high store H+M in 2007 – is said to be considering creating a collection of outfits, which will be sold exclusively at US store Macy’s.
According to WWD, the names being considered for the label ‘include Material Girl for the apparel and Truth or Dare for the lingerie and underwear’.
Spokespeople for both Madonna and Macy’s refused to comment on the reports.
However, if she does decide to create a line, she will be following in the footsteps of many other stars who have entered the fashion world.
Both Gwen Stefani and Victoria Beckham have launched their respective lines, L.A.M.B. and dVb, to critical acclaim, while Kate Moss has had a hugely successful collaboration with British high street chain Topshop.
Madonna, 51, is no stranger to the fashion world and recently starred in new adverts for Italian designers Dolce and Gabbana.
