Kim Kardashian always needs to look stylish when she works out.

The reality TV – who recently lost weight but has still managed to retain her stunning curves – enjoys undergoing regular exercise but will only do it if she knows she looks good.
Speaking at the launch of work-out apparel brand Bravada International, Kim told People magazine: ‘The line is something that I’ve aligned myself with because it’s something that I wear all the time.
‘I mean, it’s really hard for me to find fitness clothes and the sports bras sometimes don’t fit, or the pants are all different sizes – this line is all only one size and it really does fit all my sisters and they’re all different sizes. It’s so stretchy, and it’s stylish. You wanna look good when you go to the gym. You wanna feel your best.’
Kim, 29, credits her svelte body with being ‘tortured’ at a boot camp.
She said: ‘I’m kind of loving Barry’s Bootcamp. It’s torture but it’s amazing. I see a difference right away when I go.’

Jennifer Hudson loves her new slimmer look.

The Oscar-winning actress has managed to shed 60lbs following the birth of her son David Otunga Jr. last August and her Los Angeles-based trainer Harley Pasternak admits they had an unusual goal for her to aim for.
He said: ‘Our goal was to bounce quarters off her butt. I think she looks fantastic. She loves the way she looks but she feels really great.’
Harley also claims Jennifer – who was recently announced as the face of Weight Watchers – is so motivated she will often exercise without him asking.
He told People magazine: ‘Unprompted, she’ll start running when I’ve just asked her to walk!’
Recently the ‘Sex and the City‘ actress admitted she loved joining Weight Watchers and felt like it changed her life for the better.
She said: ‘I decided to do Weight Watchers. I feel like I’ve conquered the world. It’s a lifestyle change, not a diet. I don’t really diet as such. I actually get up and work hard every day.
‘I make sure I eat right and just make sure I stay focused. It is about being consistent and sticking with it.’

Rachel Bilson insists she doesn’t use a stylist and loves experimenting with her look.

Rachel Bilson loves experimenting with her look.
The stunning actress says she doesn’t rely on the help of a stylist when she goes to red-carpet events as she puts her outfits together herself and doesn’t always stick to the rules.
She said: ‘I really dress myself. I’ve been known to put a necklace in my hair. That’s what getting dressed should be. It’s about fun and experimenting. I think you either enjoy it or you don’t – and I do.’
The beauty was speaking at the Ann Taylor fashion show last week and was impressed with what she saw.
She said: ‘The shoes and the purses are amazing. You can add them to a plain outfit to add a little pop. That’s what’s great about Ann Taylor -you can incorporate it into your own wardrobe.’
However, Rachel admits she is a hoarder and holds on to her clothes for longer than she should.
The 28-year-old star told People magazine: ‘I have a problem, in that I hold on to things that I’ve had since I was 13-years-old . . . So, yes, I probably should get rid of some stuff.’
