Kelly Osbourne’s fat hate

Kelly Osbourne felt ‘unworthy’ after she was described as fat.

The reality TV star – whose weight has fluctuated over the years – hated being criticised for being heavier than the average celebrity but refused to make herself ill by conforming to the media’s idea of beauty.

Kelly - who has recently gone down three dress sizes after appearing in last year’s ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ – said: ‘There’s nothing that can affect a woman more than the three letter word – fat. It leaves you so deflated. Being criticised for my weight made me feel I was unworthy.

‘I’ve sat in bed at night and thought, ‘Why the f**k does anyone care how much I weigh?’ I’m just one of those celebrities who has a normal-looking body. I’m not fat, I’m not skinny. I’m healthy and my body has a nice shape. I wasn’t going to make myself ill getting thin.’

Kelly, 25, says she has always had self-confidence issues but they are now improving following losing weight and finding love with fiance Luke Worrell.

She told the Stylist magazine: ‘Growing up, although I appeared to be incredibly confident, my self-esteem was terrible. I used to stand in front of the mirror and pick out everything I didn’t like, but that’s now shifting slightly.’

Christian Louboutin’s attitude shoes

Renowned shoe designer Christian Louboutin claims a good pair of high-heels help transform a woman’s attitude and appearance.

The shoe designer – whose high-heeled designs have become a favourite among a host of celebrities including   Sarah Jessica Parker, Victoria Beckham and Kate Moss – loves seeing females put on his footwear as knows what a difference they can make.

He said: ‘When women put on a pair of beautiful shoes they instantly hold themselves differently. Shoes transform your body language and attitude. They lift you physically and emotionally. I remember watching a Spanish woman in my shop try on some heels. She instantly stood up taller, her chest went out and her shoulders went back. She told her friend that they were better than a face lift.’

Christian – whose shoes come complete with a red sole – believes his footwear is so popular with women becuase he understand what they like after growing up surrounded by girls.

He told Stylist magazine: ‘Women love my shoes because I understand women. I was brought up surrounded by them – I have four sisters. I understand their feelings, their needs, their problems, those things they won’t show in front of men. I know that they want to look good not just for themselves, but for other people. I help them to look sexy and beautiful and feel as good as possible.
