Bruce Willis is releasing his own fragrance.

The ‘Die Hard‘ actor has signed a deal with German company LR Health + Beauty Systems to create a men’s scent, which is due out in July.
Tilo Ploger, chief operating officer of the firm, told WWD: “The Bruce Willis scent will be extremely masculine and – starting from ingredients through to design – embodies every individual feature of the Hollywood star: strong, self-confident, consistent.”
Bruce, 55, is the latest in a long line of stars to bring out their own scent.
Jennifer Lopez, Victoria Beckham, Kate Moss and Sarah Jessica Parker all have a signature fragrance as do Britney Spears and Beyonce Knowles.
However, one celebrity who won’t release a scent is John Mayer as he thinks it will smell like “sausage and sleep”.
The ‘Gravity‘ hitmaker said: “I’m not diversifying in terms of selling anything. I’m not selling ‘John Mayer: the cologne’. If I did it would just smell like sausage and sleep. I don’t look at my fans and think, ‘Wow, they really like what I do musically. Imagine if I could get $60 more out of them.’ Who out there really foes, ‘You know what, I just f**king love perfumes. I always have since I was a kid. If I weren’t a pop singer, I’d be a perfumier.’? At some point I may turn into an a*shole, but right now I just peddle a CD for $15 every two years.”

Olivia Palermo felt she had joined a “fashion clique” when she got her first Hermes Birkin bag.

The New York-based socialite was thrilled when she received the prestigious handbag – which is favourite of Victoria Beckham - as she knew she had made it.
She said: “It’s a cliche, but I remember when I got my first Hermes Birkin. It was such a pivotal moment – especially living in New York – to have received it. It was like joining a fashion clique and finally becoming one of the tribe. While I use it now occasionally, it always reminds me of how I’ve progressed stylistically and how cyclical fashion is.”
The 24-year-old beauty – who has launched her own jewellery line with Roberta Freymann – is a huge accessories fan as she believes they are what make an outfit.
She told vogue.com: “I can’t live without my YSL Tribute heels and my Ray-Ban Wayfarers. Everybody thinks it’s the clothing that makes an outfit, but more often than not it’s the accessories.”
Olivia is very into her fashion and likes a variety of designers because they all bring something different.
She said: “There are so many, but several have impacted me directly or shown me how to think about fashion in different ways. Emerging brand Bensoni really captures my feminine and playful side, while Victoria Beckham’s collection is elegant for cocktails or evening events. When Mr. Valentino was still designing he truly understood what makes a woman look beautiful. I feel that Rachel Roy and Matthew Williamson get that too with their proper and bohemian looks, respectively.”

Cheryl Cole has retained her crown as the world’s best dressed woman.

The ‘Fight for This Love‘ singer beat off competition from models and actresses to claim the title in the UK edition of Glamour magazine for a second year – while list staples such as Kate Moss and Victoria Beckham slipped down to seventh and eighth places respectively.
Kate previously topped the poll in 2008, while Victoria couldn’t retain last year’s third place.
Cheryl has recently sported a series of figure hugging outfits, typically smart with short, neat skirts, or cut away harem pants, accessorised with hats, as she promoted her new solo material.
Second place went to singer Rihanna while ‘Gossip Girl‘ actress Blake Lively came third.
Rihanna donned a series of tight cutaway outfits and a strong urban, heavy metal and military influence during the latter half of 2009, promoting her latest album ‘Rated R‘.
Blake is a key figure in US fashion and has been praised for her abilities to carry off both casual bohemian style and catwalk dresses, and she has been tipped to replace actress Sarah Jessica Parker in the fashion stakes.
Newcomers to the list include Lady Gaga, Florence Welch, Pixie Lott, Leona Lewis and Kristen Stewart.
Robert Pattinson was named the best dressed man by the magazine while Katie Price was named worst dressed woman, and, alongside with her husband Alex Reid, worst dressed couple.

Christian Louboutin has to be “isolated from everything” when he designs his shoes.

The footwear designer says he needs to be on his own when he is creating his shoes as it helps to inspire him.
He said: “I have to be alone to design, I’m quite spoilt. I can’t do it in cities: I have to be isolated from everything. I need to be in an environment I’m familiar with so that I’m not looking around and getting distracted.
“I always design my winter collections somewhere cold, like my house in the country or France, or in Portugal. And I do my summer season in summer spots like my boat on the Nile.”
Christian - whose designs are a favourite with the likes of Victoria Beckham, Sarah Jessica Parker and Beyonce Knowles – says he is so obsessed about shoes he dreams about them.
He said: “I dream about shoes. They often look silly in reality, but it happens all the time – I see them while I’m asleep and I wake up, just desperate to recreate them.”

Renowned shoe designer Christian Louboutin claims a good pair of high-heels help transform a woman’s attitude and appearance.

The shoe designer – whose high-heeled designs have become a favourite among a host of celebrities including Sarah Jessica Parker, Victoria Beckham and Kate Moss – loves seeing females put on his footwear as knows what a difference they can make.
He said: “When women put on a pair of beautiful shoes they instantly hold themselves differently. Shoes transform your body language and attitude. They lift you physically and emotionally. I remember watching a Spanish woman in my shop try on some heels. She instantly stood up taller, her chest went out and her shoulders went back. She told her friend that they were better than a face lift.”
Christian – whose shoes come complete with a red sole – believes his footwear is so popular with women becuase he understand what they like after growing up surrounded by girls.
He told Stylist magazine: “Women love my shoes because I understand women. I was brought up surrounded by them – I have four sisters. I understand their feelings, their needs, their problems, those things they won’t show in front of men. I know that they want to look good not just for themselves, but for other people. I help them to look sexy and beautiful and feel as good as possible.

Victoria Beckham has defended the use of size zero models.
The former Spice Girl-turned-fashion designer insists many girls on the runways do not starve themselves and instead have a naturally small body shape.
She said: “Most of these girls are naturally thin. And I don’t think we should be discriminating against someone because they are too thin or too curvy or too large or whatever it is.
“I had a casting last week and had some terribly thin girls come in and it wouldn’t have worked.”
Victoria – who recently unveiled her fourth collection of dresses during New York Fashion Week – has signed up for the Health is Beauty campaign by the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America), and believes designers are beginning to change who they cast as models.
She told US TV show ‘The View’: “The CFDA have reached out to designers, stylists and casting directors not to work with underage models, girls that are too thin and to be more ethnically aware.
“The campaign the CFDA has launched is called Health is Beauty and they are definitely encouraging designers to work with healthier sized models.”
Victoria’s designs have been worn by a wide variety of celebrities since her debut fashion range in 2008, including Heidi Klum, Madonna, Mary J. Blige, Elle Macpherson and Jennifer Lopez.
